Grief is the natural response to a significant loss - the responses can be emotional, physical, and psychological.
It is a complex and unique experience for everyone - often involving a mix of emotions like sadness, anger, guilt and shock.
My grief coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual can heal from grief and begin to experience joy again.
I provide clients tools to move forward from grief - working cooperatively with them on a plan of action towards gratitude.
I work with clients from all walks of life who are looking to get some relief from the grief they are feeling.
Grief is a unique experience. We all begin the journey at different points and work through it at our own pace.
This program offers two blocks of sessions - 8 weeks or 12 weeks. Some clients do one of these blocks and continue for a second or third block, while others do one block, take a break, and return for more. Others just utilize one block.
The program is tailored to fit each individual - going through their own individual grief journey.
I have a background in psychology and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
